The R1 is the premiere race level disc brake, combining an astonishingly low weight with top level power and performance.
The lightest version weights only 263g which that includes rotor and all mounting hardware – the lightest disc brake ever made!!! The forged master cylinder (M/C) body and caliper provide increased durability, braking power and modulation. Designed as a race level XC brake with more than enough power for the All Mountain/Enduro application.
