For what concerns its MISSION and ITS ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY POLICY, Formula decided to include principles and actions which constantly lean towards the philosophy of supplying the best products and services, in order to ensure the maximum respect and protection for the environmental balances.
As a matter of fact Formula gives particular attention to the safety of both the several systems and the working station applied.
In order to make those commitments concrete, the company decided to develop a management system to line up to UNI EN ISO 14001 AND 9001:2000 which allowed Formula to get the ISO 9001:2000 and in 2007 also the integrated certificate environment and quality.
What does a quality and environmental management system really mean?
A system describes a planned structure, the processes and procedures through which the company develops its own activities.
Our environmental and quality management system has been developed for the sake of both the customers’ exigencies and expectations.
All of this it’s possible without forgetting to guarantee a constant control and improvement of the environmental impact, which comes our from the ordinary company’s activities.
How is it possible to accomplish these goals?
In order to understand its critical aspects and therefore to guarantee some gradual improvements, a deep and detailed analysis of the company’s processes is certainly necessary. Besides both a constant staff sensitization and a proper training are able to make people perfectly aware of the serious impact of their actions both on the quality and on the environment.
What does it really mean to be certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 rules?
In order to inspect and certify that FORMULA is able to apply the principles and guide lines suitable for the protection of the fixed environmental balances and quality standards, we decided to contact a third and impartial board called TUV, which is internationally recognize and able to verified the correct application of the rules regularly.

Formula is been operating in the mountain bike world since 1990 and for its hydraulic brake systems, it lies among the leaders’ companies. Since then the market has strongly developed and gained a proper structure and as a matter of fact, the most important company’s goal is to keep and even improve the efficiency and the high quality standards, which belongs to FORMULA, without forgetting the respect for the environmental balances. As the company established, the motorcycles area used to be the most important one and nowadays due to the outbreak of the mountain bike market, the mountain bike hydraulic brake system production has significantly grown .

The Direction fully commits to maintain and verify the respect of all the laws and rules in force, which have been included by the organisation.
Resources: The strength of FORMULA lies on its human resources through which it is possible to ensure the accomplishment of the goals. Not less important are the external suppliers, which have been carefully selected according to their technological performances, reliability and their full respect of the environment. The Direction is able to guarantee all the necessary means to accomplish the fixed goals and that document is also available on-line in order to transmit all the targets, which has been decided..
All the activities of the Direction Committee represent a schedule, which has to be considered as a point of reference, where all the goals, which are suitable for the protection of the quality and the environment, are constantly decided and re-examined.

We, Formula srl declare that we are not carrying out any kind of manufacturing process which need the use of above mentioned substances.
We also declare that all the manufactures or raw materials which will be supplied to Formula are in conformity with the Environment Protection Regulation and don’t present anyone of the Rohs’ restricted substances listed previously .
